Been itching to get out on the water after a couple weeks of sunny days. My wife says the water is still too cold, but there's no ice and I have a wetsuit, so how bad can it be?
Did the bike/kayak thing again. 8 miles of the bike towing the kayak and 6.5 miles of the kayak carrying the bike. I spent the whole day with a big stupid smile on my face. It felt AMAZING to be out there – both on the trails and on the water.

Well, water was a bunch shallower than normal. Got quite a way down a channel I normally go through and discovered it had turned into what looked like a beaver dam. Trapped. So I got to do a bit of backtracking.
More time on the water isn't a bad thing.

@ericphelps You put both your bike and your trailer on your kayak, impressive!

@misterkwai Yes, the kayak sits lower in the water, but I don't weigh much, so I'm still below the maximum carry weight for the kayak.
But it's VERY heavy pulling it up a boat ramp!
