Testing #Synology #ActiveBackupForBusiness bare metal restore. Considering that #Apple #macOS 15.3 doesn't work with #ABB, let's see if reverting it back will sort it out (15.2 still works just fine).
Testing on a new “test" #MacMiniM4Pro.
Should be done in about 20 min.
[#]Backup via #10G takes less than 8 min to complete, but restore via Migration Assistant is between 30-50 MB/s.

With #macOS 15.3 beta 3, ABB works again. Testing now with 15.3 release candidate version as well.

@blackvoid Are there any performance issues on Apple Silicon? As far as I can see, all executables are Intel-only, just the kernel extension (thankfully) is arm64 as well.

@gummibando No issues that I could tell you in regards to ABB backup speed. Backups are going from 70-400MB/s in my case depending on the files that need to be backed up.
If you are asking about macos in general, again, no issues as well so far but I have to say that I have not paid attention to the architecture of specific apps
