Holy crap, Doom Eternal is fun! It's at the complete opposite end of the kind of games I usually play, but it's very refreshing with a bit of pure, brain-dead carnage where I am the horror for once. Rip and tear until it is done. 😤

@michenriksen hah i've been playing everquest 1, not for the carnage but for the braindeadness of it all. i literally go read blogs and shit while i sit waiting for mana to refresh

@wirepair braindeadness and simple focus on entertainment is definitely a legit quality of a game. I felt a bit done with all the sneaking, hiding, difficult choices, and hard thinking in the usual games I play (well, except for PowerWash Simulator), so going full gorilla mode on some demons to a mental soundtrack is just what I needed.
