I don't mind paying, I appreciate good journalism - my point is more that people are reading junk for nothing. Loads of people reading loads of rubbish. There is rubbish out there for free.

Anywhere, any time, a flood of it.

I'm not being snarky but getting information out there requires a megaphone not logins and paywalls and cookie walls and pls subscribe when the other side is doing FREEEEEEEE rubbish.

If you have a good story to tell the last people you need to be the only people to read it are the people who can afford to buy it. And probably get rid of it.
