@petherfile @punishmenthurts Ah, I see. My mistake. My general rule, however, is that I shouldn't be uncomfortable inside my own home because of a neighbour's music. However, one typically doesn't hear quality music blasting from an outside source.

I love Charlie Parker, but I'd be pissed off if it was flooding my lounge when I didn't feel like listening to music.
