While I am exhausted from hosting my mom’s bday gathering, I did manage to cook a killer prime rib roast. It was my first attempt ever. I’ve done steaks quite a lot. But never prime rib roast.
It was tender and juicy and had so much flavor.
It wasn’t as good as I feel I could have done though! Might have to think about this next time I might cook one of these.
Though not sure when that might be as I really dislike peopling.
