Chrome, as of 132, finally has keyboard support for scrolling containers:

This assumes it doesn’t get rolled back again, as it has every other time it was deployed since 2018.

@aardrian i don't have the latest chrome version. does it treat the keyboard scrolling area as an area to tab to like firefox does?

@kazuhito Sadly, WebKit’s response to that was 5 years ago with no activity since. Though Chrome finally adding it demonstrates it is possible in their shared engine.
