Aww, this is so sweet and thoughtful. While parents have absolutely no obligation to apologize for their crying or fussing infant, traveling is stressful and people are people. This seems like a great way to proactively disarm grumpy travelers. Such a thoughtful gift would make me an immediate ally and any grumps would have to go through me!
