Equal rights amendment the official 28th amendment to the US constitution?

I'm sure the incoming administration will fight/change/ignore as they can, but it is still historic, and at this point, I'll take it.

@pseudonym this is BS and I'm kind of pissed he's trying to make people think he can change the constitution. He can't. I find this incredibly insulting since we're about to enter an era when women have far fewer rights.
