Was ich richtig toll finde an IKEA: Ich bekomme einfach gratis Ersatzteile, wenn zum Beispiel bei einem Umzug was abhanden gekommen ist.

Versuche ich das Gleiche bei weit teureren Möbelhäusern, ist das Resultat immer: Wir führen das Produkt nicht mehr, und können darum auch keine Ersatzteile mehr liefern.
