Festivals of Resistance

⌛When: January 18th, 2025, starting at 5pm

📍Where: 4555 N Williams Ave, Portland, OR 97217, USA

"First of all, we’re taking monetary donations at the door and through RSVPs for The People’s Store!

🌹 We have a variety of mutual aid organizations, activists, and organizers tabling at the event to share resources & talk with attendees.

Besides that, this event is a general assembly 𝘀𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 for folks seeking to build connections with others in solidarity in the face of the challenging years ahead.

Come build capacity, share skills, and strengthen bonds with others. Or just come by and hang out. Come as you are!

👕 We’ll also be kicking off our mutual aid pantry & closet! We’d love it if you could contribute one or more of the following items –

• Binders (new + used in great condition) + other trans shapeware

• Individually wrapped KN95, N95, and KF94 masks

• Hand sanitizer

• New socks & underwear
