Apparently the covid incubation period is two whole weeks so now I have to be worried for all that time about whether I got it yesterday in the big office absolutely jam packed with people (not masking) where I had to spend three hours and couldn't wait outside (as I had planned to do).
I didn't even remember to take my air quality monitor... although it didn't seem as though the air was being circulated very much. High ceilings, mind.

There's a part of me that keeps saying "it only takes one person in that whole room."
And on that basis it feels like there's no way there wouldn't have been one person in that room with covid, given how many people were there. And it's more than a year since my last vaccine (although I have had vaccines for several years).
I ache today from tiredness and I keep thinking 'am I ill, am I coming down with it, is that what this ache is?"
The ache feeds the tension, the tension feeds the ache
😞

Still, it's all good that no governments have introduced indoor air quality regulations, right?
(Where's that new normal?) 🙃

(I meant to try to get to the office ridiculously early so I didn't have to queue, but I just couldn't do it. So if I do catch it, I know I'm going to hate myself forever for that.)
