Had today’s sourdough loaves resting on the counter this morning for a 10am bake time. Then my power went out at 8:30, and is still out. It’s not expected to be back on until 11:30. 😅

I’m hoping/praying that my now-cold house will keep them from over-proofing. 🤞🏻

I'm happy to let everyone know that my power came back on at noon and the loaves turned out just fine. 🎉
