[#]Ukraine’s strikes on Russia’s oil industry is very smart. It’s not just doing actual significant damage to their income, it’s actually doing something even more significant.

With a mono-economy, it’s damaging confidence in ability to pay.

A liquidity crisis is coming for Russia.
