Where I live, in North East England, the evening's are already noticeably lighter with the sun setting half-an-hour later than at the solstice just before Christmas. Love it when the longer hours of daylight return.

@davidallan joyous, I think we here in Pembroke should be a little ahead of you, unfortunately the evening sun is a rare sight. The Pembroke effect, between the Irish Sea and the Preseli Hills. Well misty normally, this was yesterday.

@Palky55 Went to a family funeral across on the west coast at Lytham, Lancashire, yesterday and the later light seemed even more noticeable!
