Last night leaving work, my car complained that a stop lamp was out. So when I got home I ordered a replacement bulb set (they come in 2-packs) from our usual online oligarch, which arrived today.

I'm by myself, so I wasn't sure which bulb had failed. I swapped the left side bulb first. Nope. Sensor still complained.

Luckily, the right was obviously blown, and there's no more sensor complaints, so that completed the repair.

I now have a known good spare bulb for use when the center high lamp decides to fail. Of course, when that happens, I won't be able to find the bulb in my various junk drawers. All my drawers are junk drawers.

@polishdub I don't know for certain, but I hope so. The owner's manual isn't clear.

@polishdub update ... the center lamp uses a strip of 5 bulbs. Not the same type I replaced.
