A couple of days ago I witnessed a poor small business owner try to fix a broken Internet connection with his phone while on the phone with tech support. The last thing I heard as I walked away was, "I pay $80 a month for this shit, W.T.F is a mac address?!!!"
It was bad enough when it was full on desktops and this is objectively worse in every way. All end users qualify for sainthood IMO.
