@kdriscoll interesting! From a brief skim there seem to be a few inaccuracies about the early days in the UK (eg enthusiasts were dialling long distances in the UK long before the introduction of STD, Atkinson is a great book but itโs not the first that was easily available etc) but itโs nice to see this side of the pond getting any attention at all!
Iโll give it a proper read later!
