Today in 1970, the MC5 released their first studio LP, "Back In The USA".

My parents had this record, so I heard it from time to time as a child.

@Defiance Trippy to hear your parents had this one! Your parents must've been cool. My parents' coolness quotient only stretched to that original Jesus Christ Superstar 2xLP from 1970.

@mrowster Oh, definitely lucky. My parents were young and pretty hip, so we had a lot of great rock albums, some jazz, and even bluegrass (so thankful for that!). I have some good stories about my parents from back then lol
