@plsik @Saupreiss

@kami_kadse @Saupreiss It is almost never possible to think through all the consequences of violence. Therefore, violence should always be a last resort and only in self-defence. I am not a stupid pacifist, for example people in Ukraine have no choice but to kill Russian soldiers. But generally speaking, violence almost always has bad consequences.

@plsik

One question is what is considered as violent. Our courts define glueing yourself onto a road violent and Holding a (perfectly legal) speech on the sidewalk closeby as „supportive“.

So. Where is the line?

Note I never ever supported riots and/or physical harm to anyone, even though it is becoming increasingly difficult to maintain that line and I occasionally happen to verbally approve it. No, not proud of it.

@Saupreiss @kami_kadse Yes, it's a problem, the border is unclear and that's the fault of the politicians. And it's a big problem, and my Casandra syndrome is flashing a red light in my head.

@plsik

Please don’t mention political reactions here: Some of those called road blocks “terrorism” and financial backing “support of criminal activity”.

(Greens just called it “not helpful”, but that was 2 years before they helped defusing the law which would have forced the minister of transport to take action due to missed emission targets).

@Saupreiss @kami_kadse Oh, yeah. While I haven't met any violent people in the activist community.
