@NilsArlinghaus for academia or outside? (From experience because from running unconferences we strongly feel that academic ones need a facilitator familiar with academic power dynamics.)

@vicgrinberg Could be either, but preferably someone somewhat familiar with academic research.

Since the topic in this case is research related but not research itself, I'm a bit less worried about the academic power dynamics, though you raise a valid point.
