This has to be egregiously egotistic, but I am legit distressed every time I am able to do things so much better than others that are more trained, funded, staffed, paid, recognized, and loved than I am. Inferiority complex tells me I'm no one special, so that must make these other donks absolute peanut butter-brained simpletons. wtf, srsly

@cemerick There are many such simpletons, but there are also a large number of broadly competent people embedded in organizations that thoroughly thwart their efforts. The work products from the latter case can often resemble those of the former.

@cemerick You're way smarter than average and competent to boot. You don't spend a lot of time deluding yourself and you're not afraid of doing the work.
