That said, when we contacted them last year on this very question, we were told that there simply weren't any that we qualified for. Things change at the drop of a headline though so it's worth a call.

@MadeyeTheCarnaptious Failing that, your Local Authority should run some version of HomeImprove (here's mine: https://www.southlanarkshire.gov.uk/info/200197/owning_your_own_home/430/homeimprove_service_and_scheme_of_assistance) which might cover something like that. Again, last year ours had already budgeted out and didn't have anything for us.

Sorry it's not more positive help, but hopefully it gets you somewhere.
