OMFG. I'm trying to get therapist licensing in Oregon. They need my state to fill out a form for my license. My state says "no, but they can check online." Oregon says "no, but they can send us a letter." An hour on hold and $25 later (and a week of back and forth), it's done.

@openbuddha OMG, what a ridiculous thing. Especially since ALL MANNER OF PEOPLE get Washington and Oregon licenses -- especially for folks who live along the border. It's surely not that the licensing department has never heard of this concept.

@jonobie Oregon has a one page form that they demand other places fill out. Washington is "lol, no. We offer online verification." That's not good enough. I'm still trying to get my NCE exam results sent and I had to get fingerprinted today for Oregon.
