@megmac day job actually works on something that might explain this. See behind the scenes the service runs don't actually have stable primary keys, so we have to do some heuristic matching to work out which services are reschedules vs straight cancellation. If the wrong service was matched as a reschedule, it may explain the absurd delay time. Anyways, tidbit for the day
