Ancestors

The Black Wood of Rannoch is one of the largest areas of remaining ancient pine forest in Perthshire. It is a living monument, with some trees thought to be about 400 years old. I was lucky to walk through it on a particularly beautiful day.

@calbaker it was in April a couple of years ago. It was still freezing in the mornings though!
