Is there an easy way to set up a web host, I want to run a server that people can have accounts on for websites that will let me manage users, quotas etc and automatically provision certificates for them.

C panel does that? Or is that just something companies use in conjunction with other software?

Of course, free open source is the preference.

@enot aye cpanel's still kicking after all these years

I've been fiddling with Plesk lately, it's more modern-feeling but it's got some weird quirks and I'm not sure I'd recommend it
