"Last June, the Oklahoma supreme court threw out a lawsuit brought by Lessie Benningfield Randle and Viola Fletcher, two Tulsa race massacre survivors, that sought to make the city of Tulsa pay restitution to survivors and their descendants. Randle and Fletcher, who are both 110, were children at the time of the massacre."
No money for massacre victims, yet the city of Tulsa will pay randos $10,000 to move there.

@bytebro Many people, like my husband, who grew up in Oklahoma were not aware. The coverup was that deep and wide. I learned about it in 1999, thanks to KGOU, a local public radio station. But for many folks, it is news.
