In the opening scene of Sam Raimi's Spider-Man 2 a pizza place gets an order for EIGHT EXTRA LARGE DEEP DISH PIZZAS. In New York City??? 🤔

However, in the next scene when the aforementioned pizzas get briefly intercepted by Scott Spiegel, they are clearly not deep dish. 🤔

@dosnostalgic any pizza place in NYC getting “deep dish” orders SHOULD ignore the “deep dish” modifier (SHOULD as in RFC2119)

@dosnostalgic I had to stop there when I visited NYC. At least in 2024 I didn’t see any deep dish ;P
