@D_J_Nathanson worth mentioning that one must clearly and unequivocally invoke the right to remain silent? i'm thinking salinas v texas -- simply stfu is insufficient, and the cops can continue to question you unless you are explicit about invoking your miranda rights. at least, that's my understanding (not a lawyer).
