Following up on @TheBreadmonkey year of living lentil-ly, I am reporting that I made Isa Moskowitz's recipe for a "roast beef" kind of thing using lentils and vital wheat gluten. It came out great!

Perhaps the best bass intro I have ever heard is one I simply cannot find online.

Kendrick Oliver & The New Life Jazz Orchestra do a version of "Wade in the Water" featuring Christian McBride. It's on a CD called Welcome To New Life.

The bass intro is unparalleled Christian McBride. It destroys ... and the arrangement leads into the catchiest Wade in the Water you've ever heard.
