Old quarry workings transformed by snow and ice into a starkly beautiful winter landscape at Low Bollihope, in the Co Durham Pennines of North East England. In the warmer months of summer, the area is perhaps better known as a popular picnic spot and route that connects Weardale and Teesdale.
