There's apparently a leak in the water main outside my place. City water folks were just jackhammering through the concrete pavement. Now it sounds like they've got a jet engine going out there. Guessing that's their water vacuum to keep the hole empty.

It was good to see that they all had earplugs. I'm 50+ feet away and it's loud for me. I wouldn't want to be doing that work without hearing protection.

@ducksauz my tinnitus is somewhere north of 2600Hz and if i had any idea on root cause i'd become a crusader ><

My tinnitus is up on the higher end, like 9500 Hz. It really sucks.
