Any #selfhosted recommendations for a ToDo app with Android persistent notification support?

I want tasks to always show on my phone until I complete them.

Update: I'm using tasks.org and syncing with Vikunja (caldav) that I already had installed and used sporadically. Can't get any notifications to work but will figure that out. Tasks.org is a really nice app.
