Now this is neat! Cmd-Tab to bring up the #macOS App Switcher. Left/Right arrow through them (Or Cmd-Tab or Shift-Cmd-Tab). Once the app you're looking for is highlighted (while still holding down Cmd), hit the Up arrow. This brings up the expose-view of all that app's open windows, and you can use the arrow keys to choose the one you want and Enter/Return to go to it.
