@homeassistant I used this feature today to migrate from an older device to a newer one. It worked pretty seamless apart from a couple of issues:

1. I got some network errors when importing the old config. This then “hid” the progress bar.

2. The page never then reloaded. But a ctrl + r took me right into the login page.

3. my z2m had to have a new config applied against it before it would start. But that’s a 3rd party addon, so I can’t complain.

4. It didn’t change the IP.

@homeassistant Hi there, I've setup the backup tool, added a remote storage but the daily backup still using the system only. Did I missed something?

@homeassistant No option available to turn of the mandatory encryption, so didn’t installed this new version.

@homeassistant I installed this new version, and immediately had to rollback, because I couldn't control my Sengled lights anymore. That's 95% of my devices gone.

Hey @homeassistant, works like a charm. I however wonder if you are planning on the ability to add a subdirectory/path to the backup to NAS / Remote location.

It’s useful when you one uses a single share/location as backup rathe target for multiple servers.

@homeassistant I wish Home Assistant/Cloud would be located in Europe, i would instantly subscribe and happily support HA. But not going to upload my data to yet another US-based org... 🤷🏼‍♂️
