@ben Kraftwerk is a really interesting example. I'm thinking about my next project, and thinking about whether I want to go to the trouble of creating full song arrangements, with different sections and such. It's SO MUCH EASIER when you're making mostly electronic music to stick in one place and be done. Which is precisely why Kraftwerk's music is structured how it is, I'm pretty sure.
