After a month of regular fasting and consuming 20% of my usual nutrition, I lost 10 kg in weight.
I haven’t done much exercise—only 50 km of running and a few bike rides and HIIT workouts.
This was not a weight loss attempt but rather a way to recover through autophagy from the COVID-19 infection and its aftermath.
According to my Garmin scale, I lost 3.6 kg of muscle and 0.6 kg of bone mass, but I don’t trust these results. My measurements are similar to pre-C19.
