@gruber I had an exchange with Shane Harris (now doing great work at The Atlantic), who comes down on the side of not cancelling subscriptions. But paying the editorial and ownership cowards feels like a self-served shit sandwich. It's a bit of a hostage situation.

@passim Not cancelling a WaPo subscription is like continuing to go back and pay for food at a restaurant that’s been serving you inedible food. As a customer, your business is your vote.
