@helenclayton Hulloooo! Yeah, we've got a couple of inches but it's already melting. They're forecasting more during the week but hopefully it'll fuck off pretty quickly. Park Run already got cancelled and I want to be walking again next week. Considering the news has been hyperventilating about it for days, it's a bit of a non-event - "January has wintry weather" 🙄

@suearcher @fkamiah17 beefy beef. In the Rayburn hopefully! Might wimp out and do the Yorkshire pudding in the electric oven as I haven’t quite mastered the Rayburn with its single oven.

Oooh, nom! I've got bread in the oven and a lentil and green bean stew in the slow cooker - the house smells lush 😋

Saw a yummy-looking recipe for no-pasta lasagne with butternut squash that I might try this week.

Thankfully my nearest vegetable merchants do deliveries 🥳
