...OK, is there some kind of #strike at the Memphis, TN branch of #UPS or what? An item I ordered has been sitting at the "We Have Your Package" stage there for a week now.

Mind you, I'd blame the weather, if not for the fact that this has been sitting at UPS since the 27th, and I don't think the #PolarVortex was in effect yet before the start of the year? There was still the 28th, 29th, and 30th in which it could have left the warehouse, I thought?...

@Tim_Eagon Any clue why a package would be stuck at the "We Have Your Package" status in Memphis since the 27th, then? I mean, if there's a strike it would be good to at least have the peace of mind of knowing it's delayed for a greater cause...

@pteryx I haven’t heard anything. I’ve had similar delays with UPS in the past that didn’t get resolved until I contacted them.

@Tim_Eagon Yeah, that's some of why I'm asking. Contacting UPS is a horrible runaround these days, so I don't want to submit myself to it if there's an explanation beyond their control.

@Tim_Eagon Update on this: apparently this was a matter of them being lazy about update scans. My package is "On the Way" in my city as of two and a half hours ago.
