I’m getting rid of all my possessions, including old books and letters. I’ve found some old racist shit from the turn of the 20th century. Songbook mostly, I’m sure I’ll find more. Should I toss it or give it to a poc? I’m alone and have no one to ask about it.

@Wendelin I would try calling up some museums, and if they’re not interested then they can give you more informed advice. Or university libraries. That might be something useful for research purposes.

Didn’t get this notification for some reason, that’s a great idea. Or black historical orgs? I hate destroying historical literature, but want no one to benefit from this stuff but a poc.
