Looking at updating my CV, and it seems that pretty much all templates you can find are squarely based on the US Resume standard and not the European CV 🙄. I had been wondering why so many I've received recently for my current company looked more like Resumes.
What do German companies want CV or Resume, from what I understand there is a difference, with CV being more than just about profession, or am I wrong?

@jrsofty The Germans want the full thing, including picture, DOB, education going back to primary school, sometimes even professions of parents. Make sure there are NO GAPS(!!!) and your signature on the last page.

@PeterPractice thanks for the reminder. This is just updating my old one but was wanting a nicer format (old one is pretty basic), so I'm whining that there are not so many nice templates for CVs. 😁
