Buying an Australian bush spice sample set was one of my best recent decisions.

So much flavor much of which I've never had. Wattleseed? Amazing. Kunzea? Love it!

There is a bit of irony that I ordered them from "Saltbush Kitchen" and the sample kit didn't include saltbush.
