@TheGreatLlama I do too, but I also like a pretty flower (onion flowers, endive flowers, so many unexpectedly lovely ones) and silver beet does not deliver. Sorry, SB, I do still love you, especially in a pie with feta, onion, egg, dill and mashed potato to thicken it all up.

One of my favorite veggie flowers is eggplant, just for the extreme duality.

Flower: delicate and shyly downward facing blossom.

Fruit: so phallic, the emoji has literally become shorthand for penis.

Several of the nightshades have wonderful flowers, come to think of it.
