Hat jemand Erfahrung mit gesperrtem Konto trotz Bankvollmacht über den Tod hinaus? Die Schlichtung des Bankenverbands ist überhaupt nicht hilfreich. Bin für jeden Tipp dankbar.

@unionista nein gibt es nicht. Vollmacht wurde in der Bankfiliale seinerzeit ausgefüllt und unterschrieben von allen Beteiligten und wird jetzt komplett missachtet

@mo @unionista Das hat mich gerade dazu gebracht, das mal zu suchen.

Einerseits hab ich [1] gefunden, spannender finde ich allerdings [2]. Vielleicht sollte man denen nochmal ihr Regelwerk unter die Nase halten? 😅

@Sven genau mit diesem Nachlassteam habe ich gesprochen. Die Dame meinte, es ginge nur, wenn ich in D lebe. Da ich im Ausland bin, müssen sie das Konto sperren.

Spoiler: In der Vollmacht steht eine ausländische Adresse. Hat uns seinerzeit niemand drüber aufgeklärt, dass diese Vollmacht nutzlos sein wird als wir unterzeichnet haben 🤷‍♀️

Ich hab sogar schon Beschwerde beim Bankenverband eingereicht. Aber die tuten ins gleiche Horn und fragen sogar nach nem Erbschein 🥸
