Who has a clever jig for cutting 3/4" finger joints on a table saw, no dado blade. My intention is to cut the edges of the joints, so a cut inside the right line and inside the left line of the joint. My jig would have to take the kerf width into account, so the standard block jig for finger joints on a router wouldn't work.
I'll take out the inside with a chisel. #woodworking

@tito_swineflu Maybe a bit over the top, but this guy seems to be pretty productive with his “Super Jig”: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL8hSMAik9wfTj78ohLKrKnYnIlIA6BpZN

@suhlig Ha! That's amazing. A bit overkill for a one-off bit of pine joinery, but if I have an extra 40 hours in the future, I might make one.

@tito_swineflu I am using this one (from a Dutch seller), but on the router table: https://youtu.be/ik5n7E7xQP4

@suhlig yeah, i use my router for some finger joints, but not big ones. Too much possibility of tear out and bit grabbing. Frankly, if i could always substitute the table saw for a router, i would. For me, routers are project destroyers.
