You know that thing where you get a weird injury and when it looks gross/freaky you get the urge to show someone to get them to go "ewwwwww!"

Do you think that's like, part of our evolutionary wiring, to get us to tell people when we're hurt so they can help treat it and prevent infection/death, so that we can go on to have babies etc?

(It's 6am and I've been awake for 2 hours, I wish to go back to sleep, that's 6 days out of the last 7 I think? I am fed up of insomnia!!)
