New Year’s Eve dinner: Slow roasted lamb, a side of arugula salad and roasted parsnips, and a pot of melted burrata cheese with nduja sauce.

Took me about 6 hours and £££ to complete but definitely worth it!

@GPJohnston it was a first for me too, saw a video online and decided to try, and really liked it! The nduja is like a spreadable sausage, had it in Italy for the first time
