New Year’s Eve dinner: Slow roasted lamb, a side of arugula salad and roasted parsnips, and a pot of melted burrata cheese with nduja sauce.
Took me about 6 hours and £££ to complete but definitely worth it!
Happy new year everyone! 🎊

@cayalo I’m telling you, tape your cookery, call it Carolina’s Cultural Kitchen or something like that. You’d be smashing. Happy 2025! 🙂

@cayalo You have a diverse cooking portfolio. I've eaten burrata cheese, once, but never heard of nudja or nudja sauce.

@GPJohnston it was a first for me too, saw a video online and decided to try, and really liked it! The nduja is like a spreadable sausage, had it in Italy for the first time
