After today's NYE 10k, my 2024 end of the year summary -- my first full year of running.

First #parkrun (ran a total of 36), first 2 10k races, first marathon.

Total balance, 1204.7km, not so evenly distributed.

Thanks to @RHD , here are the #parkrun statistics from the 5K app.

My 5km PB started the year at just below 25 minutes, finished at 21:45.

@hattom that's an impressive total for your first full year! I'm at 1176 this year, and I've been running for years.

Me saying that this was my first "full" year is a bit of a stretch -- started basically spring 2023, getting progressively more serious as the year went on.
